1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If delays occur, customers will be notified via email.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped, not from the order date.

We work with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Please note that delivery delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information are outside our direct control.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders within the United States.

  • There are no hidden fees or additional handling charges.

  • The total amount displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay.


4. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking after dispatch.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Skilk is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately before the order is dispatched.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos (if damaged).

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Claims submitted beyond 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


7. Delivery Issues & Refused Shipments

  • If a shipment is refused by the customer or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address details, shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted from any refund.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
