2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Once your order is shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Shipping Charges

All orders from Zylar are shipped free of charge, no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees—what you see at checkout is what you pay.

4. Handling & Packaging

5. Damaged or Lost Items

We want you to receive every order in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zylar.shop or +1 785-332-2588.

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable).

  • We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund based on your preference.

  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible, so please reach out as soon as possible.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
